Who the controller is
The controller of personal data is Moravio s.r.o., Company ID No. 29265266, registered office at Kukučínova 799/10, Hulváky, 709 00 Ostrava (“we” or “Chainly”), operator of the platform at chainly.cz.
For matters of personal data protection you can reach us at martin.gren@moravio.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer — we are not required to under Art. 37 GDPR.
What we process and why

Cookies and analytics
We run no analytics or advertising tools without your consent. Google Consent Mode is set to “denied” before the measurement code loads at all; Microsoft Clarity and the Seznam measurement code do not load until consent is given.
Necessary cookies (sign-in, access to your own inquiry, language) always work — without them the platform could not be used, and they do not require consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site's storage in your browser; we will ask again on your next visit.
Who we pass data to
To the manufacturers you select from the quotes — they receive your CAD file, the inquiry parameters and your contact details so they can make and deliver the job. Further to our processors: Vercel (running the website and file storage), Neon (database), Resend (sending emails), Cloudflare (form protection), Anthropic and OpenAI (analysis of uploaded files and drawings using artificial intelligence), Google, Microsoft and Seznam.cz (analytics, only with consent).
Some of them process data outside the EU. In such cases the transfer is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out so far.

Changes
If the scope of processing changes, we will update this document and change the effective date above. For substantial changes we will notify registered users by email.
